The engineering report suggests the use of a compaction grouting program to remediate the sinkhole activity, that can not be conclusively ruled out after the comprehensive geological study was completed. This will require 23-25 grout pipes and 200-300 cubic yards of grout. The report, in its entirety, is on file and must be read prior to the purchase of this house.
